I have been looking through the different types of recruiting software to see which one looks to be the best for my company. I have been asked to evaluate the different options available to see which would be the best for my company. I love doing this sort of thing as it means that I tend to get sent lots of evaluation software and I can play around with it to see how easy it is to use and what features it has. I also get to go and chat to the people who will be using the software to find out what they think about staffing software and what features they would like to have and how they would like it to work etc. It is a bit different to my normal job and so it makes a nice change and normally I do not get to go and see the other company employees so that is a good change as well especially as I am sociable person and like meeting others. Of course it puts some pressure on me to make sure that I recommend the best piece of software for everyone but I enjoy that sort of challenge.
